Guga Szabzon, a Visual Arts graduate from FAAP and FPA, immersed herself in artistic exploration through the Brasil goes Berlin residency program in 2010. Her journey began with abstract compositions on felt, blending sewing techniques to express the material's dynamic qualities. The spontaneity of her lines, responding to the machine's speed, evolved into vibrant, multidimensional works reminiscent of landscapes and cartography. Szabzon has showcased her art in notable exhibitions, including Projeto Tripé and A Vastidão dos mapas, and in 2019, her work found a permanent home in the Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR) collection.
