In 1960, Miguel dos Santos made his way to João Pessoa (PB), where he commenced his involvement in group exhibitions. Eight years later, he held his debut exhibition at the Cultural Department of the Federal University of João Pessoa. By 1970, his works were displayed at the Negra Fulô Gallery in Recife (PE), and in subsequent years, he continued to showcase his art in various Brazilian metropolises, including Natal, Salvador, São Paulo, Porto Alegre, and Rio de Janeiro. Of particular note were his exhibitions at the Bonino Gallery in 1972, 1975, 1978, 1980, and 1986. He also participated in significant art events, such as the Salão Nacional de Arte Moderna (1973), the Bienal de São Paulo (1977), and the Salão Nacional de Artes Plásticas do Ceará in Fortaleza (1984). Miguel dos Santos’s artistic journey extended beyond Brazil, with his works featured in international group exhibitions.
