Henrique Oliveira’s hybrid art seamlessly merges urban and natural elements, combining organic forms with structural materials while integrating artistic expression with scientific inquiry. A graduate of the University of São Paulo in 1997, Oliveira transforms materials such as urban fences and hoardings into installations that metaphorically probe the organic growth and decay within global metropolises. His creations often convey a painterly essence through fluidity, inventive material juxtapositions, and vibrant color palettes.

His works are part of important collections such as the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, USA; Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro, RJ; Museu AfroBrasil Emanoel Araújo Collection, São Paulo; Edson Queiroz Foundation – University of Fortaleza; Centro Luigi Pecci per L’Arte Contemporanea, Prato, Italy; MAC-USP; Queensland Art Gallery / Gallery of Modern Art – Brisbane, Australia; Voorlinden Museum, Wassenaar, Holland, among others.
