Meet Sophie Su, the passionate force driving our art advisory! With over 12 years of expertise in the Art Market she is the dedicated CEO and Founder of our venture. With a Master’s degree in Art History, in Art Law and Market Management she was trained as an auctioneer in Paris.

Sophie’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. She’s graced prestigious institutions like the Fondation Beyeler and directed international galleries across Europe. Her influence extends globally, advising on collections in cities as diverse as Paris, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Miami, and New York.

Her honed insights, drawn not only from her extensive market experience but also from years of advising influential collectors, illuminate SSAA’s path. With Sophie’s guidance, our art advisory shines brightly, offering unparalleled expertise and a genuine passion for the world of art.

Alice Chaves

Creative Manager

With a background in Design, Cultural Management, and a specialization in Art History, Alice plays a key role in ensuring the fluid coordination of our operations and relationships. Working closely with Sophie, she supports the strategic flow of projects across departments, nurturing connections with clients, partners, and collaborators with creativity and clarity.

Thais Bueno Dias

Brazil Manager

With a major in Business Administration, Thais embodies organization and professionalism, serving as our vital Administrative & Financial Manager for the Brazil region. She is the driving force behind managing, planning, and controlling our resources and activities, ensuring our company operates dynamically while staying in compliance.

She meticulously manages our finances, thus cultivating trusting relationships with SSAA providers. Her expertise ensures optimal resource utilization, top-notch client service, and an efficient workplace to the whole team.

Joana Cosi

Legal

Joana leads our legal affairs with precision, objectivity and a deep understanding of international art transactions. With an MBA in Business, Corporate Contracts, and International Relations from IBMEC University, she oversees agreements, copyright matters, import-export procedures, and all legal aspects tied to our projects, acquisitions, and collaborations.

Her approach combines legal rigor with a strong sense of partnership. Attentive to detail and responsive to context, Joana ensures that our operations are not only compliant, but also transparent and trust-based. She offers clear, actionable guidance to our team and collaborators, helping navigate the legal complexities of the art world with confidence and care.

Izaura Cesário

Copywriter

Our talented Copywriter, has a solid foundation from her studies of Languages and Literature at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and from her ongoing degree of Communication at the University Veiga de Almeida. She brings a unique blend of communication skills and creative flair to our company. Her dedication, proactivity, and competence shine through in her productions, whether crafting compelling articles, reports, or social media content.

At SSAA, Izaura excels at her work, leveraging her expertise in languages and communication to produce engaging and impactful content. Her experience as a translator, reviser, and writer adds depth to her work, ensuring that every piece she creates captivates our audience and communicates our message effectively.

Production

Camille brings all her expertise to the production of our art events. With a Master’s in the Production of Cultural and Multidisciplinary Artistic Events, she oversees every step of the process, from logistics and technical planning to provider coordination and on-site execution, ensuring each project runs smoothly and with precision.

Her work is essential to creating plans that align with the vision of SSAA. Whether producing a collector experience or a large-scale cultural event, Camille ensures that every detail is managed thoughtfully, allowing the atmosphere and intention to take center stage.

Mírian Badaró

Design Specialist

Mírian is our experienced design specialist, bringing efficiency and insight to our projects. With a Law degree and advanced studies in Art Management at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London, along with training in Art History and Art Business, she blends academic depth with hands-on expertise.

Her extensive career includes directorial roles at Design-Art galleries in Brazil, the United States and Spain, offering her a deep understanding of the international market. Having participated in over 30 editions of the leading fairs, Mírian ensures that our assignments reach the highest level of demand, always with attentive service and the utmost discretion.
